INSC staff consists of professionally trained and certified service technicians specializing in all business IT services and repair. Our technicians will make every effort to resolve an equipment failure including any requiring coordination with the manufacturer.
All services are performed onsite, unless otherwise requested. Our strategic partnerships and VAR programs allow our technicians to complete most repairs immediately.
Clients participating in one of INSC's comprehensive service and supplies programs receive the highest priority service, including accelerated response times, typically on site within 60 minutes. Our programs are customizable to meet most small to large business needs.
