An accomplished IT professional with over 25 years in the industry, Vincent’s experience includes all aspects of business management from presentation skills to strategic business development and problem solving.
As a founding partner of INSC, he is passionate about working in partnership with small to Fortune 500 companies, delivering business solutions proven in the real world – INSC is a zero-debt company.
Imtiaz Allie is Principal and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Innovative Network Solutions. He has extensive experience in all aspects of technology, and is responsible for the technology solutions that allow INSC to deliver unparalleled service to its clients.
A founding partner of INSC, he is highly knowledgeable in the coordination and supervision of on-site and remote IT networks. Imtiaz makes it possible for INSC to complete projects for our clients that are both on time and within budget. In addition, he manages support staff, consultants, administrators, vendors, contracts, and service level agreements (SLA’s) for our clients.
Dave Francefort is Innovative Network Solution’s Operations & Compliance Manager. He is a high‐performing, strategic‐thinking professional with more than 20-years of experience in Information Technology. Greatly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams. Adept at assessing needs, generating options, and implementing solutions in collaboration with clients and fellow team members through the use of exceptional writing, presenting, and interpersonal communication skills. Dave is well‐versed in all phases of onboarding Clients and maintaining IT infrastructure, with a knack for forecasting future endeavors beneficial to the development of IT.
Dave brings a wealth of experience in managing projects from the requirements gathering/needs identification phase through to completion.
When not at work Dave enjoys mountain biking, photography and disc golf and also enjoys volunteering to build and maintain trails through Fairfield County.
Ryan Hopf is the Procurement Manager at Innovative Network Solutions. As IT and reporting manager in the financial industry previously, Ryan has in-depth knowledge of financial industry IT operations including reporting, customer relationship management, and compliance. Ryan has a deep interest in information technology and solutions engineering which helps to provide creative solutions for client needs. He also enjoys keeping up with the latest technology trends to keep clients at the forefront of the technology curve.
A lifetime resident of New York, Ryan attended the State University of New York at Oswego and holds a B.S. in Operations Management and Information Technology. When away from work, Ryan enjoys rooting on the Mets and high-end audio.
John Taaffe heads up INSC’s Help Desk, Field Force, Network & Server Team, and Project Management. The Financial Services community has been at the center of John’s 20-year technology career. Prior to joining INSC, John was Director of Professional Services and Projects at Axiom Technology Group, as well as Chief Technology Officer at Alden Technology Partners. He specialized in Virtual CIO Operations, Disaster Recovery, Compliance and Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) systems. At SAC Capital Advisors, a hedge fund with over $4B in assets under management, he served as the first IT Manager. In this role, John designed and supported the technology for SAC’s trading floors, laying the foundation for the network’s global expansion. Prior to SAC, John was at GE Capital and HedgeWare, a provider of portfolio management software for hedge funds. A graduate of St. Thomas Aquinas College, John holds a BS in Mathematics and CIS.
When not at work, John enjoys traveling, hiking and photography, as well as being a glutton for punishment as a NY Jets fan.
Eric Adams is Help Desk Manager at Innovative Network Solutions. He is an ITIL certified computer networking professional with extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting a variety of network environments.
A lifelong Connecticut resident, Eric’s experience includes supporting a 600-workstation environment with over 900 remote users. At INSC, he harnesses this experience to provide state-of-the-art Help Desk solutions to clients in a variety of industries with differing needs. Eric’s commitment to customer communication and satisfaction is evident in the way he manages the INSC Help Desk.
Eric Barret is Director Of Business Development, in charge of sales and account management.
He has a BA in Environmental Science from Duke University and spent most of his 20 year career in technology sales specializing in securities trading, compliance, networking, infrastructure hosting, electronic payments and voice/data recording. After 3 years of working alongside INSC as a solutions provider, Eric officially joined the firm in May 2018.
He is also a Firefighter in the town of Darien, a Connecticut certified Fire Service Instructor, an Emergency Medical Technician at Stamford EMS and a Commissioner for Coastal Waters for the Town of Darien.
Donna joined Innovative Network Solutions in September of 2005 as part-time Accounting assistance, ensuring that the daily operations of accounts payable and receivables run both effortlessly and smoothly. In 2012 she started full time and became Accounting Manager handling all Accounting, Human Resource and other aspects of Account reporting.
Donna completed her Associate at Berkley College and her undergraduate studies at Concordia College in 1995. Her skill set and broad background working for MCI over five years in finance, marketing, and sales has given her a wide range of experience.
When not at work, Donna loves spending time with her family, kickboxing, going to the beach scuba diving and baking.
Nancy Laist joined Innovative Network Solutions in December of 2017 as Office Manager, ensuring that the daily operations run both effortlessly and smoothly. She works closely with the senior management team as well as assisting in many facets of the business including procurement, accounting and marketing.
Nancy completed her undergraduate studies with a Bachelors from Cornell University, working within the Fashion, Restaurant and Technology Industries. Her broad and portable background provides for an expert skill-set in many areas, such as client relations, communications, marketing and last but not least, office management.
When not at work, Nancy loves to cook, garden, exercise and enjoy her family of humans and pets.
