What is a Help Desk?
A Help Desk is a single-point-of-contact for all of your end-users to access technical support. Support can include answers to software-related questions (such as launching, using, or creating reports from applications the business utilizes), and help with problem-solving (i.e., “I can’t connect remotely while outside the office”). The INSC Help Desk is fully operational around-the-clock, meaning your end-users can work more productively from wherever they may be.
