A new or renovated office space is your opportunity to build the right IT infrastructure from scratch — not to inherit someone else’s shortcuts. INSC designs and installs structured cabling, networking, wireless, AV systems, and server rooms that are built for how your business works today and how it will grow tomorrow.
The cabling and network infrastructure installed during an office build-out or renovation is typically in place for 10 years or more. Getting it wrong — undersized cabling, insufficient data points, poor wireless coverage, inadequate server room design — creates years of workarounds, expensive patches, and limitations on growth.
INSC engages early in the build-out process — before walls close and ceilings are sealed — to design infrastructure that serves your current needs and accommodates future growth. Certified engineers, standards-compliant installation, and full documentation so every data point, patch panel, and access point is mapped and accounted for when you move in.
Engage early — before walls close and infrastructure becomes inaccessible.
Design built for growth — data points, power, and wireless capacity planned for what's next.
TIA/EIA standards-compliant installation with certified testing and documentation.
Coordination with building contractors, electricians, and your property manager.
INSC handles the full scope of IT infrastructure for office build-outs — from structured cabling and network hardware through to AV systems and server room design.
Cat6/Cat6A horizontal cabling runs, patch panels, cable management, and termination — installed to TIA/EIA 568 standards and certified tested at every data point.
Enterprise wireless designed for your floor plan — access point placement, ceiling mounting, PoE cabling, and controller configuration for seamless whole-office coverage.
Switches, routers, firewalls, and PoE infrastructure installed and configured — designed to match your business's performance requirements and security standards.
Rack layout, power management, cooling, cable management, and physical security for your server room or intermediate distribution frame — designed for accessibility and resilience.
Conference room displays, projectors, video conferencing systems, digital signage, and control systems — designed for ease of use and integrated with your collaboration platforms.
Phone system infrastructure — VoIP cabling, handset provisioning, and system configuration — integrated with your existing or new phone platform.
Door access control cabling, IP camera cabling runs, and security system integration — coordinated with your physical security provider and installed to spec.
Full documentation of every data point, cable run, and network device — labelled, mapped, and handed over at project completion so your environment is fully documented from day one.
Every data point tested and certified to standard using calibrated equipment — with a full test report provided as evidence of installation quality.
INSC installs to recognised industry standards — ensuring your infrastructure is compliant, insurable, and covered by manufacturer warranties. Every installation is tested with certified equipment and fully documented at handover.

As early as possible — ideally at the design phase, before walls close and ceilings are sealed. Early engagement allows INSC to review the architectural plans, specify conduit routes and riser requirements, coordinate with the electrical contractor on power placement and PoE requirements, and ensure the infrastructure design matches your technology needs. Changes after walls close are significantly more expensive and disruptive.
Yes. INSC works directly with the general contractor, electrical contractor, and building management to coordinate cable routing, conduit installation, power placement, and access to ceiling and wall spaces. We attend site meetings, review drawings, and ensure the low-voltage scope is correctly integrated with the broader build-out rather than treated as an afterthought.
INSC performs a wireless design using your floor plan — calculating access point placement based on the building materials, expected user density, and the applications your team will run. For large or complex spaces, we use wireless survey software to model coverage before installation. Access points are ceiling-mounted with PoE cabling run during the cabling stage, ensuring clean installation with no visible cables.
At handover, INSC provides a full as-built documentation package — including a labelled floor plan showing every data point and cable run, patch panel layouts, equipment schedules, and Fluke certification test reports for every installed data point. This documentation is essential for future changes, troubleshooting, and satisfying warranty requirements from hardware manufacturers.
Yes — and many clients move from a build-out engagement to a managed IT relationship with INSC. Because we designed and installed your environment, we know it inside out. The transition to managed services is seamless, with no onboarding surprises, and you benefit from having the team that built your infrastructure also responsible for maintaining and supporting it.
INSC designs and installs IT infrastructure that serves your business for the next 10 years — not just move-in day. Bring us in early and we'll make sure your build-out is done right from the start.
